“Found this place after being referred and called them to see if they could help. Kevin was soooo nice on the phone, I explained my situation and he let me know what to expect when I brought my turntable. I showed up the next day and Ed, the main turntable repair guy was the best! Ed took a look and told us what he thought was wrong, explained that it might be a few days for them to repair and gave us a quote. The next day I received a call that they had fixed everything and I could pick it up that day! The price for the repairs and a few new parts was very reasonable and their customer service is top notch. Definitely would recommend to anyone! Thanks again Ed!”

“I own a 42 year old Technics quartz direct drive turntable ... it finally stopped working. Alpha Tech was able to get it back into "like new" condition and original factory specs within a couple days for less than $100. They told me that it would be about $2000 to replace it, $5000 if I wanted the automatic feature as well. All in all, less than $100 sure beats replacement.”

“Great service, they were able to look at my turntable and made suggestions on what was wrong without charging me. They were super friendly and helped me find a replacement. Will definitely be back!”

“I brought in a record player to surprise my dad for father's day and was presently surprised when Zaw fixed it up in a timely manner. He also helped me save a bunch of money instead of leading me to the most expensive part. I 100% recommend bringing in any old record players to this shop to see if he can fix it!”

“I have been to the store and witnessed their abilities to repair REAL Audio equipment . I have a QR6500 4 channel Sansui I purchased in the Vietnam war and needed a Tune up . They did excellent work on time and was a fair price to clean my baby up . I will take my sansui 4 channel reel to reel to them to get cleaned up also . If you have vintage equipment I suggest you keep it in tip top condition . These technicians are a dying breed and won't be here forever.”
